We are both RRCA-certified coaches with experience from road 5k’s to trail 100 milers, from sprint triathlons to Ultraman, and we specialize in creating personalized training plans.  No plan is too complicated – you want to do sprint triathlons during your ramp up to a marathon?  Sure!  You’re training for a 50 km trail race and want to race every weekend up to that?
