Coaching Services

Each coaching package includes the following:

  • Free initial consultation
  • a personalized training schedule in a Googledoc spreadsheet 
  • help picking a race that's right for you
  • unlimited email consultation
  • weekly phone consultation, if you'd like
  • updates to your training schedule as needed, depending on your feedback, schedule, and response to the training
  • advice about nutrition, injury prevention, recovery, and training gear
  • tips on mental preparation, race strategy, and more!

We have two plan levels-


The Monster: Athletes training for runs up to a marathon, or triathlons shorter than half Ironman.  $15/week, $150 minimum

 

The Beast: Athletes training for runs beyond the marathon, or triathlons of the half Ironman distance or more.  $17/week, $170 minimum

We will create training plans shorter than 10 weeks if you would like, but pricing reflects a 10-week minimum.

Interested?  Here's how it works:

Step 1 - Fill out this questionnaire and email it to us.  This is to make the initial phone consultation more productive.  Your information will be kept confidential.

 

Step 2 - We will schedule a phone consultation to gather more information about what you would like in your training plan and how long it will be.

 

Step 3 - Sign a waiver and send it back with a check.

 

Step 4 - We set up your plan as a Googledoc (which you can still use without a Google account) and you get training! 

 

Step 5 - We follow up at least weekly to see how the training is going and adjust the remaining portion of your plan if necessary.
